In short: MY DSP is a registered NDIS provider that families and support coordinators choose for three reasons. We respond within one business day, we run small homes with high staff ratios, and we treat the people we support like family. Here is what that means in practice.
Every enquiry gets a real reply from a real person, quickly. Coordinators tell us responsiveness is the difference, so we make it a promise.
Our homes are deliberately small with strong staffing, so support is consistent, calm and built around the people who live there.
Our support workers are vetted, experienced and reflect the communities we serve, so people feel understood, not just managed.
We support people with complex and high support needs that other providers turn away, with the training and patience it takes to do it well.
As a registered NDIS provider we work to the NDIS Practice Standards and are independently audited, accountability you can check.
Clear, honest communication throughout. You are never left wondering how the person you care about is doing.
How it works
Three calm steps, no jargon, no obligation, and a real person to talk to at every stage.
Share a little about the participant, their goals and the support they’re looking for. A quick call or the form is all it takes.
Come and see a home, meet the team and ask anything. We’ll talk honestly about whether we’re the right fit.
We build a support plan around the person and stay in close contact with family and coordinators throughout.
Our homes
Comfortable, accessible houses in quiet South-East Melbourne streets, close to shops, transport and community.
