Our story

Disability support, done properly

MY DSP began with a simple belief: that people with disability deserve support that feels like home, not an institution, and a provider that families and coordinators can genuinely rely on.

We run small, well-staffed Supported Independent Living homes across South-East Melbourne and Gippsland, alongside community participation, daily living support, respite, support coordination and allied health. Whatever the support, it's built around the person, their goals, their routines and the things that matter to them.

As a registered NDIS provider, we work to the NDIS Practice Standards and are independently audited. But the thing we're proudest of is simpler: the people we support, and their families, trust us.

The MY DSP team

Why MY DSP

Why families and coordinators trust us

In short: MY DSP is a registered NDIS provider that families and support coordinators choose for three reasons. We respond within one business day, we run small homes with high staff ratios, and we treat the people we support like family. Here is what that means in practice.

  • We respond within one business day

Every enquiry gets a real reply from a real person, quickly. Coordinators tell us responsiveness is the difference, so we make it a promise.

  • Small homes, high staff ratios

Our homes are deliberately small with strong staffing, so support is consistent, calm and built around the people who live there.

  • Experienced, culturally diverse team

Our support workers are vetted, experienced and reflect the communities we serve, so people feel understood, not just managed.

  • Confident with complex needs

We support people with complex and high support needs that other providers turn away, with the training and patience it takes to do it well.

  • Registered and accountable

As a registered NDIS provider we work to the NDIS Practice Standards and are independently audited, accountability you can check.

  • Families and coordinators kept close

Clear, honest communication throughout. You are never left wondering how the person you care about is doing.
