Most people we support receive more than one kind of support, woven into a single, consistent plan, not a set of disconnected services.
Your supports are delivered by people who actually talk to each other, so nothing falls through the gaps.
We start with the person’s goals and shape the supports to fit, never the other way around.
Supports can grow, ease back or change over time as needs and goals change. We move with you.

Why MY DSP
In short: MY DSP is a registered NDIS provider that families and support coordinators choose for three reasons. We respond within one business day, we run small homes with high staff ratios, and we treat the people we support like family. Here is what that means in practice.
Every enquiry gets a real reply from a real person, quickly. Coordinators tell us responsiveness is the difference, so we make it a promise.
Our homes are deliberately small with strong staffing, so support is consistent, calm and built around the people who live there.
Our support workers are vetted, experienced and reflect the communities we serve, so people feel understood, not just managed.
We support people with complex and high support needs that other providers turn away, with the training and patience it takes to do it well.
As a registered NDIS provider we work to the NDIS Practice Standards and are independently audited, accountability you can check.
Clear, honest communication throughout. You are never left wondering how the person you care about is doing.
