Accessibility

Last updated: 2 June 2026

As a disability support provider, accessibility matters deeply to us. We want everyone to be able to use this website easily, including people with disability and people using assistive technology.

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we keep working to improve. Accessibility is built into how this site is designed and built, not added as an afterthought.

What we have done

  • Clear, consistent structure with proper headings, so the site is easy to navigate;
  • Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus outline and a skip-to-content link;
  • Strong colour contrast and large, readable text;
  • Meaningful alternative text on images, and real text rather than text inside images;
  • Labelled form fields and clear instructions;
  • A mobile-first, responsive layout that works on any screen size;
  • Respect for the "reduce motion" setting, so animations are minimised for those who prefer it.

Known limitations

We are always improving. Some content may not yet be perfect, and occasionally third-party content can vary. If you find something that is hard to use, please tell us so we can fix it.

Need information another way?

If you would like any information from this website in a different format, or you would prefer we talk it through with you, just ask. We are happy to read information to you over the phone, send it another way, or help however suits you best.

Tell us about a barrier

If you experience any difficulty using this site, please contact us, or use our feedback and complaints page. Your feedback helps us make the site better for everyone.
